In der intensiven Erstberatung findet eine ausführliche Anamnese im häuslichen Umfeld statt. Wir besprechen Ihre Themen und es wird bereits mit dem Training begonnen, welches Sie in Form praktischer Hausaufgaben selbständig weiter führen.                

Welpen:
Natürlich lohnt sich auch eine ausführliche Erstberatung für frische Welpenbesitzer. Sie können all Ihre Fragen los werden (Stubenreinheit, Beißhemmung, Umgang mit anderen Hunden und Kindern, ab wann und wie alleine bleiben üben, Büro etc.) und bekommen sinnvolle Tipps für die ersten Wochen.

Weiteres Training:
Weitere Trainingsstunden finden i.d.R. in Prenzlauer Berg und angrenzenden Bezirken statt. Je nach Themenschwerpunkt.

Einzelstunde: 70 € (ca. eine Stunde +)
3 Termine-Paket: 180 €

Kurztermin:
Manchmal hat man nur eine Kleinigkeit.
35 € (30 Minuten)
Ort: Immer rund um den und im Mauerpark bzw.
sehr gerne Online per Skype/Zoom/Facetime etc.

Anfahrtspauschale: 10 € (ab 45 Min.)

Ab einer Anfahrt über 45 min. (einfach) wird eine Pauschale von insgesamt 10 € erhoben. Der erste Termin sollte vorzugsweise im häuslichen Umfeld stattfinden.
Für alle weiteren Termine kommen Sie mir entgegen. Diese finden dann i.dR. in Prenzlauer Berg und den angrenzenden Bezirken statt.

Wichtig:

Ich möchte mir ausreichend Zeit für jedes Hund-Halter-Team nehmen. Es dauert so lange, wie es dauert! Dafür erwarte ich von meinen Kunden, dass Termine rechtzeitig verschoben / abgesagt werden, damit ich die Termine anderweitig vergeben kann.

Da die Terminverbindlichkeit in den letzten Jahren stark nachgelassen hat, gilt ab sofort:
Termine, die innerhalb von 48 Std. vor dem Termin abgesagt werden, müssen in voller Höhe berechnet werden. Im Falle eines Notfalls und bei telefonischer Absprache (keine E-Mail oder WhatsApp etc.) kann der Termin, wie bisher gehandhabt, nach eigenem Ermessen ohne anfallende Gebühren verschoben werden.

We’ll meet at your place, where you and your dog live. We will talk about your and your dog’s history, all the relevant markers, we'll discuss all of your issues and wishes and we will start with the training, which you will then continue by yourself.

Puppies: 

Self-evidently it also makes sense to book a thorough first consultation with a puppy. You can ask all your important questions that usually come up after the new flatmate has moved in. Anything you need to know for the first weeks, what’s important, what can wait… e.g. potty training, biting inhibition, how to handle contact with other dogs and children, puppy play groups, how to train the dog to stay home alone and when can I start to leave him/her, office behavior, what about leash training etc.

Further training:
Further training usually takes place in Prenzlauer Berg and adjacent districts. Depending on the topic.

Additional lesson: 70 € (approx. 1 hour +)
3 lesson package: 180 €

Short session:
Sometimes it’s only a small thing
35 € (30 Minutes)
Location: Always around Mauerpark Prenzlauer Berg or
online via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime etc.

Travel expenses: 10 € (further than 45 min. away)

The first consultation should preferably take place in your home / where the dog lives. Any further appointment, we will meet in a closer range to my whereabouts.(Prenzlauer Berg and adjacent districts)

Important:

Please cancel / postpone your appointment in time. Make sure I have received your message! If you cancel within 48 hours to the appointment, I will have to charge you the full fee. In case of sickness / an emergency there can be free of charge-postponement of course.

Terms and Conditions:

One-on-One sessions in English are offered. Group lessons however will be in German. Before booking a group lesson or making an appointment, the dog owner is obliged to inform him-/herself about all the terms and conditions. With the booking the dog owner officially confirms that he/she understands and accepts these terms. >> in German (AGBs)

Puppy play:

Puppy play takes place at the private practice of Uwe Lenk (indoor) at S- and U- Bahn Schönhauser Allee plus a short walk.
Saturdays at 16:00 - 17:00. More info >> here.

If you managed to secure a spot, you’ll get e-Mail confirmation. Otherwise you are only on the waiting list! If you can’t come, please inform me in time, so I can give your spot to another puppy. Please show up 5-10 min. early and bring your vaccination certificate the first time!

The puppy play can be attended by puppies of small breeds (end weight of grown up dog max. 7 Kilos) from the age of 9 weeks to around 16 weeks, if the first vaccination took place at least 2 weeks prior to the visit!! You can find the usual vaccination scheme on the “Welpen” site. If you have a slightly older dog of a small breed that seems very anxious with other dogs and needs to be socialized, just give me a call please. Please be in time and please no more than 1 person per puppy since our space is very limited (plus Corona, bring your mask please). Your puppy must also be insured already, which is mandatory in Berlin. Thank you.
